Hello, I'm Rebecca and I'm so glad you're here. I am the founder of Precision Holistic Health. My journey in health care began when I became disabled from severe, chronic Lyme Disease and coinfections. Over the course of a decade, I experienced the roller coaster of interacting with doctors who didn't know how to help me, or doctors who did not believe in my condition. After discovering how I could heal,  I am now living life symptom-free and with health and vitality.  I am dedicated to helping others find wellness, no matter what your story may be. Some may not even have a chronic health issue, but are simply looking for more energy and vitality. I can help with that as well.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland. I earned my Master's Degree from Christopher Newport University. I am a health coach currently working toward my Doctor of Naturopathy
